daily family life. Participants work together in small groups to
actively discuss common concerns and learn specific
child-training principles and techniques. The classes guide
parents toward raising responsible children who
will grow into responsible men and
women, capable of living meaningful, happy adult lives. |

Anger Management |

Adult Anger Management is an eight-week series for adults to
learn how to regain their personal power in times of conflict
and stress. Learn what your anger buttons are and explore
healthy ways to release anger and cope with high stress
situations. This series is not intended for domestic violence
dynamics and DOES NOT meet the requirements of the alternatives
to domestic assault (ADA) standards.

free two-hour program sponsored by the 16th Circuit
Court Family Division, the Friend of the Court and CARE designed
to help divorcing and separating parents. Learn about the impact
of the separation on children. Walk away with some basic do’s
and don’ts in communicating with one another that will help
children grow through this difficult time. |

caretakers of individuals with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder
using the curriculum Triumph through the Challenges of FASD
developed by Double ARC, Toledo, OH. This workshop helps to
answer the question, “Why do they act this way?” Learn the facts
behind the disability as well as specific strategies to address
the challenging behaviors. |
